jerrbear91 asked: Sup! I have a big problem and question. I have this problem where im accelerating and my rear starts to vibrate very hard. Its really bad especially when im on the freeway. Then it stops when I let go of the gas pedal. I've taken my car to shops and they tell me the same thing. Its my axels, driveshaft, or differential. I do have lowering springs on it. So my question is i might be trying to get a different differential and I'm wondering if any year s2000 will fit on a 07 s2000?
If you are not on axle spacers, I am 99% sure its the inboard CV cups being pitted. Here’s a DIY on how to change your inner CV joints. http://forums.s2kca.com/showthread.php?21680-How-To-Inner-CV-Joint-Swap
Also, here is a S2000 service bulletin: http://www.s2ki.com/stor/library/TSB/A02-063/index.htm
It is not your differential, it’s your inner CV joints.
